Absolutely not! We are real estate investors who want to buy your house, not list it like a real estate agent. We are not Realtors, nor are we associated with any real estate agency.

How much do your services cost?
Nothing. Unlike real estate agents, we charge no comissions or any other fees.

Is there any obligation when I contact you?
No, you are not obligated in any way if you contact us. We work together to find a solution that is mutually beneficial, but nothing is legally binding until we agree and sign paperwork to that effect.

Will I need to repair my house?
Nope. We buy your house AS-IS, which means you will not be required to repair your house in any way. That's one of the many benefits of our service.

How fast can you buy my house?
We can buy your house in as little as 7 days if need-be. Because we use private financing, it does not take 1-2 months to close. This means you can have immediate debt relief and be free of your home quickly.

Will I be able to stay in my home as a renter?
Unfortunately, we are not able to allow our clients to stay in their home once we buy it. However, you will be able to stay in your home as long as you need to while finding a new place to live. We want your transition to be as easy as possible.

Can you fix or re-negotiate my mortgage?
Our service involves making payments on your existing mortgage, so we do not offer loan modification options. However, if you are behind on your payments, we may be able to prevent a foreclosure.

What will you do with information I give you?
Anything you provide us will be held in strict confidence and is used only for evaluation purposes. Your e-mail address will not be sold, nor will you be put on any mailing lists. We hate spam too, and would never subject you to it.
